Sweet Potato Pizza Dinner(via)

  • Pizza crust

  • Dried tomato sauce

  • Toppings

  1. Prepare the chia 'egg'
  2. Mash the cooked sweet potato and mix it with flour and chia egg. Flat it into a pizza shape and bake it for 30 min at 180ºC. Flip it half way so it’s a nice crust from both sides.
  3. Make your sun-dried tomato sauce by blending all ingredients.
  4. Once the crust is cooked, let it cool for 10 minutes before adding toppings.
